Did you know that Mountain Circle is not just a foster care agency?

We offer outpatient services to not only the children we serve, but to anyone in the community who has Medicaid!  Psychosocial Rehab, also known as PSR, is one of the services we provide to youth and young adults.  An assigned PSR Worker will work with individuals one-on-one, in a family setting, or out in the community to improve daily functioning.  Interventions often include behavior management, social competency, problem identification, effective communication, moral reasoning, identity and emotional intimacy, self-sufficiency, and life goals.

Please welcome Kailey, Reno’s newest PSR Worker

“Hi! My name is Kailey! I was born and raised here in Reno. I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors.  I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Development & Family Studies.  I have always been interested in psychology and behavior so after high school I went right into psychology.  I began working with children and teens in after school programs and realized how much I like working with youth.    I’ve been working as a PSR provider for over 6 years where I am able to combine my enjoyment in working with kids along with applying everything I have learned in relation to psychology and human behavior. My favorite thing about working in this field is building relationships, making connections, and watching my clients thrive and progress in their goals.  The most challenging is when services end with clients who I have built a strong relationship with.”

Welcome to the Mountain Circle team!
