Dr. Shauna Rossington
Dr. Shauna Rossington, Executive Director of Mountain Circle since 2001. DBA, Licensed MFT (Nevada & Oregon). Education: Master of Science, Marriage and Family Child Counseling, Loma Linda University, San Bernardino, CA. Bachelor of Science, Psychology and French, Pacific Union College, Angwin, CA. Current Doctoral Candidate for Business Administration. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – clients are at-risk youth, foster children, foster families, and families and children preparing for adoption.
Russ Crouch, CFO for Mountain Circle since 2009. Russ oversees accounting procedures that include a variety of checks and balances to assure that public funds are expended properly.
Seth Shepard, Chief Operating Officer. After graduating from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, Seth entered the social work field with mountain Circle Family Services in 2012. Since then he has advanced to become the California Program Director and most recently, Mountain Circle’s Chief Operating Officer. With the addition of Social Solutions’ Apricot software, he will additionally be taking the lead as System Implementation Manager within the organization. Prior to working for Mountain Circle Family Services, Inc. Seth spent four years working as a data management systems technician for a private university in Southern California, California Lutheran University.
Tawney Simpson, Nevada Program Director since 2014. Tawney has been with Mountain Circle since 2008. Duties include recruitment of treatment level resource homes, assist with pre-licensure and on-going training, coordination of placements, and to ensure foster children and parents receive all needed supportive services to strive for long-term and successful placements. Supervises Case Managers and Psycho-social Rehab Workers to ensure quality of care.
Curtis Weight, Mountain Circle Transitional Housing Program Director since 2005. Curtis trains and supervises teenage youth in the THP Program, preparing them for emancipation and independence.
Josie Litchfield, Development Director for Mountain Circle since 2010. Josie oversees marketing, fundraising (including grant writing), and social media outreach, and is the Race Director for the Running with the Bears Race.
